The E-library is managed by the HRMDO and provides HRMDO’s partners and beneficiaries with:

• A Digital Library, which includes a wide range of resources for HRMDO’s partners and beneficiaries, including training resources, knowledge products, and other useful materials.
• A Capacity Building Programme tailored to the unique needs of HRMDO’s partners and beneficiaries, composed of training modules and online webinars covering critical institutional development skills, made available in English and Dari.
• The E-library designed to provide an engaging space for HRMDO’s partners and beneficiaries to share strategies and challenges.
